The views of Lake Zurich are amazing. I was in a Comfort Double Room Lake View, and the room's aesthetic design combined with high-quality materials. The breakfast offered a amazing selection of fresh pastries, including buttery croissants that impressed me.

great location

The staff was kind, greeting us with delicious brownie bars that lifted our spirits after travel fatigue. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The showers were fantastic, definitely the best during our trip. Plus, the location was unbeatable, right across from the train station offering quick access to Zurich.

The air conditioning units malfunctioned!!! Attempting to navigate the self check-in process was frustrating!!! The parking garage is cramped, especially difficult for EV users!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

I really loved how beautifully designed my room was, and the comfy bed linen made it feel super cozy. The leisure room was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. A great terrace to soak up the sun. The breakfast setup could be a bit clearer, but it didn’t spoil the fun. 😄
